The I-100 Introduction to Incident Command System course is intended for Manitoba government staff and government-adjacent response agencies. Individuals outside of the intended stakeholder group are encouraged to contact their local Agency Having Jurisdiction, ICS Canada and/or private service providers to obtain this training. Individuals who complete the I-100 course on the Manitoba EMO Training Hub and are outside of the intended stakeholder groups will not have their certificate recognized.
This course introduces the Incident Command System (ICS) and provides the foundation for higher level ICS training. Learners work through the history, features and principles, and organizational structure of the Incident Command System.
